Chirantana
is the biannual newsletter of Jagannath Organization for Global
Awareness (JOGA) whose mission is to promote and propagate Jagannath
philosophy of universal brotherhood. The news letter is published in
the month of February and August each year. Educational and
philosophical articles may be submitted to any of the editors. Please
